Good Morning Precious and Dearly Loved Child of God!
Ever asked yourself, “If God is pouring His Love into my
heart through the Holy Spirit and His Love for me is high as the heavens are
above the earth, then why am I not feeling much of this Love? “If In his presence is the fullness of Joy
and Pleasures forevermore, why don’t I feel this sense of the fullness of His
Joy all the time?” Especially since
Love, Joy and pleasures are usually associated with powerful emotions.
The enemy is trying
to dull the minds and hearts of all people and he is trying to make them feel
the negative emotions like fear, anxiety, despair, depression, oppression,
condemnation….. Jesus fulfilled the law
for all of mankind so that man does not have to live under the law of sin,
death, and condemnation. Jesus ushered
in the new covenant whereas He completely dealt the death-blow to sin and set
us all free from the law!
“But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same
veil remains when the old covenant is read.
It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away. Even to this day when Moses (the Law) is
read, a veil covers their hearts. But
whenever anyone turns to the Lord (with their heart), the veil is taken
away. Now the Lord is Spirit, and where
the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (freedom from the law, freedom from
a dull mind and heart).” 2 Corinthians 3:14-17.
The more a person
lives under the law, and still lives from the past defining who they are, rather
the Spirit, there will be dullness of mind and heart! If there is still dullness of mind and heart
inside of you, where you are not experiencing the fullness of the Father’s Love
and Joy on a consistent basis, this is just an indication of what is in your
heart. The good news is that there is
never any condemnation for those in Christ Jesus, so we just continue to be
filled with the Spirit, and the Spirit contains the fullness of The Father’s
Love and Joy!
In the law, the focus
of your heart is always on you and how obedient or disobedient you have
been. This person is always looking for
his/her sins because they really don’t believe that they have all been forgiven
by Jesus at the Cross. We are supposed
to examine ourselves to find faith, not sin!!!! Jesus died so that we would be Jesus or Spirit
conscious, not sin conscious!!! Some
people are always examining themselves, this self focus, this flesh focus, and
all of their sin. This sin, law, self
and flesh consciousness is what dulls the heart and mind.
As you look to Jesus
and not to yourself, and look to the Spirit with an unveiled face (free of the
law and sin) you are being transformed into Jesus’ likeness. The Spirit of Christ wakes up your new
heart! The Spirit breathes Life into the
Love and Joy that is continually being poured into your heart, so you can
experience the fullness of the power! Do
you want to experience more of the Love and Joy in your Life, then fellowship
with the Holy Spirit and ask Him to breathe Life into this Love and Joy that is
in your new heart!!! The new heart needs
to be awakened by the Holy Spirit!
Many people are
content with reading and studying the Bible, but are not hungering to
experience the power of the Father’s Love, Joy, Peace, Pleasures by the Holy
Spirit. If here is this sense of
dullness, dryness, powerlessness, lifelessness, if you are not experiencing the
power of His Love by the Holy Spirit, ask Holy Spirit to breathe Life into your
heart!
How about you, do
want to be just read about the Father’s Love, or do you want to “taste and see
that the Lord is good”? If you want to
experience the power of this Love and Joy, then press into Holy Spirit to
breathe Life into your new heart, so that your new heart is awakened and you
will no longer live from the sin-consciousness of your past! You will see yourself inside of the Lord’s
Glory with an unveiled face, where sin, the past, and the flesh do not even
exist!!! Where the Spirit of the Lord is
there is freedom to experience the power of the Father’s Love and Joy for which
you were created!
