Beholding Yourself in the Lord's Glory!!!!

Good Morning Precious and Dearly Loved Child of Our Abba Father!

“But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18.            Someone asked me the other day, “How do you behold the Lord’s Glory?”   To behold is to: hold in view with heart and mind, look at, gaze, meditate, see, observe, stare at, look intently and deeply, witness, pay heed to, a fixed look, stare, watch in wonder, ogle, concentrate on, set your heart and mind on, to have possession or ownership, to hold and not let go, grasp, clamp, prevent from leaving or getting away, to restrain or hold captive, remain fastened to something without letting go, maintain a firm position, to adhere to something firmly, attach or bond oneself to, setting one’s affection on something,…. 

The Lord’s glory is His magnificence, splendor, brightness, majesty, light, divine illumination, substance of heaven….  As you see the Lord in all His divine attributes, and then see yourself as one with Him, with an unveiled face, you are being transformed into His likeness in an outward way as you are one with Him in the Spirit!!!  In Him is Light and there is no darkness whatsoever!  He is full of the glorious heavenly Light!    His glorious Light is so powerful that men throughout the ages had to hide their faces because this glorious Light was so powerful! 

  As you behold this glorious Light of the Lord, apart from your past, your weakness and failures, anything from the earthly, fleshly realm, you are being transformed into the likeness of Jesus!  As you see yourself inside and one with Jesus, in all of His Glory, you are being transformed into the true image of who you are in the Spirit!  The more you hold on to this picture of Truth in your heart of you being one and glorified with Jesus, the more you will manifest this Truth on the earth! 

 This is a very simple equation like 1+1=2.  As you see and behold the Lord’s Glory and yourself one in Him, apart from everything of your flesh, you will be transformed into His likeness!  To be transformed into His likeness, you must see yourself “as He is”, one with Him in all of glory!   If you see yourself as a sinner, or sick, or diseased, depressed… that image of yourself will define your life!  “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7.   

    You are not just doing positive thinking to try and change your circumstances, NO, you are beholding the Truth of who you are in the Spirit!   “The Truth shall set you free”!   Are you ready to let go of all of your past, all of your sin, all of your failures, all of your hurts and disappointments and fears in your heart and see yourself without the veil of your past fleshly inadequacies?  Are you ready to behold, to hold with great tenacity the Truth of who you are in the Spirit, one and glorified with Jesus?   Are you ready to look at yourself and others through your new heart of Jesus, full of His Love, Joy, Peace, Glory….?   You are honoring the spilled Blood of Jesus when you do so!!!  

So let us embrace the truth of who and what Jesus purchased on the Cross and who He made you in the Spirit, seated with Him in the heavenly realms, and a member of His Household!  As you behold yourself in His Glory, you are becoming like Jesus in an outward way on the earth!  People so often want to go backwards and work on getting rid of their sins; Don’t do that!  See yourself in the Truth of who you Jesus made you by His Blood!!!!   “In His Presence is the fullness of Joy and Pleasures forevermore at His right hand.” Psalms 16:11.          SHALOM!!!!!
