Eating and Drinking Until your Hearts Content!

Good Morning Precious and Dearly Loved Child and Saint of Our Abba Father!

“Taste and see that the Lord is good.” Psalm 34:8.            “Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.” Isaiah 55:2.        “Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.  Just as the Living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.  This is the bread that came down from heaven.  Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever.” John 6:56-58.   

           For a child to grow in the natural, he/she must eat and drink nourishment for life and growth.  It is the same way in the spiritual realm.  There is a continual feeding we must do to be healthy and strong in the Spirit so we manifest the fullness of Christ!  It is not just eating and drinking with our intellects, but the consuming must be done with our hearts.  It is the ingesting of the substance of the Jesus and the Father through the person of the Holy Spirit that keeps us healthy.  

We were created to experience the fullness of the Father’s Love in the depths of our hearts, not just read about this Love with our heads.  How many of us want to go to a five-star restaurant and just read the menu?  This is absurd!  The tasting in the Spirit realm is done through the person of the Holy Spirit.  He is the one who makes real to us the pages and words of the Bible.  This is why there are so many Christian people running around who are very dry and powerless.  It is in the embracing of the person of the Holy Spirit and breathing in the revelation that He is releasing to the depths of our bones.   The more we give ourselves to the breathing in, the eating, the drinking in of the continual outpouring of the Father’s Love, this Love will permeate and transform us into the image and likeness of Christ.

  You have heard it said that you are what you eat, well, the same is true in the Spirit world.  The more we eat of the Tree of Life, the “Zoe” of the Holy Spirit, the life of the Spirit, the more we will become what we eat.  If you sow to the flesh a lot, you will reap from the flesh.  If you sow and eat of the Spirit into the depths of your inward man, the more you will reap and manifest this in your life on the earth.

   Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.” Proverbs 4:23.          One version says that “out of the heart flow all the issues of life.”   Our drinking, eating, consuming of the Spirit must penetrate to the depths of our heart.  The Holy Spirit is the one who can minister to our heart.  Our own hearts are too complicated to figure out on our own.  “As the heavens are high and the earth is deep, so the hearts of kings are unsearchable. Proverbs 25:3.           It is the Father’s great desire that we would manifest the new, perfect heart that He has given to us!  In this new heart is all of His Love, Joy, Peace….. everything that is in His heart. 

  Just know by faith, even though you may not feeling anything at all, that the Holy Spirit is doing a very deep work inside so that we will manifest the fullness of this new heart!   If you ask the Holy Spirit to minister deeply to your heart, just by Faith know that He is doing it.   So as you drink and eat of the Spirit, just know that He is helping you to manifest the fullness of the Spirit on the earth!  It is the Father’s greatest desire that you would be consumed and utterly possessed by the full measure of His Love in the depths of your heart!                              SHALOM!!!!!!
